Hey BBQers… how is everyone doing today?! With today being hump-day… y’all know that that means we have wings going on special. These birds are delivered fresh from our poultry farmhouse down in Cowichan and smoked here in the restaurant and then tossed in our own BBQ sauce. Pulled lamb sandwich

Happy Thursday friends! We have an extra delicious sandwich on special today… we think your gunna like it. This sandwich is our pulled lamb with herb roasted onions, arugula, and sundried tomato mayo. The pulled lamb mixed with fresh toppings makes for a serious flavour punch. Happy Wednesday friends! Wednesday means we have our wings on special. So come on down and get your weekly fix of these saucy birds. Smoked overnight and tossed in our own BBQ sauce, these wings aren’t your everyday out-of-the-package freezer burnt wings. These birds are delivered to us locally from Cowichan Farmhouse and then we prepare them to be served spicy, saucy, and smokey… just the way they should be. Today only, at Smokin’ G’s.
