WHAT!? Thanksgiving is this coming weekend? Crazy! Don’t worry’ we’ve got you covered whether you have a big dinner lined up or not. A special SO GOOD that we are keeping it on for three days! Remember we are closed both Sunday & Monday this week, so we can let our awesome staff have a little break with their families.
Tuesday – Our Ham Hock is cured for ten days and smoked for 12 hours with alder. It melts in your mouth when it comes out- DEEEEEliscious! We pile it on to a sandwich with our bacon jam, made with onions, red wine, brown sugar and our mix of herbs then topped with crunchy Matchstick potatoes and some tater tot sauce!
Wednesday- Yee haw! It’s Wing Wednesday! They are soo good because they are never frozen, made fresh every week & fried up on the spot for your order! Call ahead if you wnt to make sure you don’t miss them.
Thursday, Friday AND Saturday- Our very popular Turkey Dinner Sandwich, slices of juicy roasted turkey, piled on a bun with stuffing, cranberry sauce & yes, even gravy. Tastes so good you’re going to be back all three days!
Sunday & Monday- Closed for the Thanksgiving Break. Have an awesome weekend with your loved ones, we’ll be back on Tuesday!
